The Rouge Bijou complex is comprised of four multi-unit residential buildings situated on Simcoe Promenade- the first phase in Downtown Markham's master plan. Of the four buildings comprising the complex, the largest is Rouge Bijou, the anchor building rising 10-storeys in height.
The Rouge Bijou building are all LEED® Gold Certified, with the project honoured with an Award of Design Excellence for Urban intensification from the Town of Markham.
Responsibilities Included:
Management and coordination of the building design, building permit applications, construction, dealing with TARION, preparing condominium documentation, sales and marketing.
